  5. Listen to your prospect. Ask questions and know your next step.
  6. Focus on selling. Avoid distractions.
  7. Find out who your prospect is. What type of buyer are they?
  8. Why do they want to buy?
  9. Present your price wrapped in value – the values that your prospect values.
  10. Ask for the business, every time.

    Gilbert – thanks for your comment. If I’m understanding you correctly… Discovering what your clients problems are is critical. If you don’t know the problem, how can you help them? The answer to this piece of your struggle, is to “ask questions.” If you discover their pain points then you can begin to tailor your sales presentation in such a way that it tells the story that solves their problems.

  7. I think planning is one of the more important items here. If you stuff each day with as many activities as possible, you will accomplish more than most. Obviously, activity volume is key.
